Throughout this experience I had learn how to use different lighting to create moods through lighting of warm tones, and cool tones, as well as changing the arrangement of lighting to give off a warmer tone. In this first process, we learned how to create a interview style, placing the focus light, and a secondary light, and a back lighting. During this we changed these arrangement of the lighting and the intensity to give of a warm tone, and had high focus onto the figure.

Another technique we had used was using gel tabs and clipping them to the various lights to give off different tones, and experimented with how color changed the moods. Using contrasting colors allowed focus on the facial features, and a cooler, relaxed tone. With the other color in the back light, allowed for high contrast, and brought focus onto the figure, than having the back light further apart, which didn't highlight the figure.
